as I said above the internet can be accessed by everyone but the time you spend using the internet can sometimes changed depending on your age.
they're many issues with the internet such as :
Public space - people may stalk you via social networking sites
Not many laws in place so companies can make money via false advertising
Minors can be easily exposed to pornography by typing one wrong word into google
many people download albums, games and dvds instead of buying them so companies are loosing profit.
youtube allows users to view movies part by part which they may not be permitted to do so

with all these issues they're many ways to solve them such as:
allow user to not use as often.
block sites and search words etc.

X Factor
The X Factor is a British show (Also shown internationally). The show was founded in September 2004 and is produced by FremantleMedia's TalkbackThames and Simon Cowell's production company SYCOtv. The show is broadcast on the ITV network also a behind-the-scenes show The Xtra Factor is shown on ITV2. X Factor gives every day people the chance to become a world superstar by beating other contestants in the process, the show allows groups, duos, and lone singers, this adds more versatility to the show. Previous winners include the likes of Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke. although the people who win are promised a recording contract the runners up often do well too for example the boy band JLS were runners up now they are known world wide.

Auditions - judged by Simon Cowell, Louie Walsh, Cheryl Cole and Danni Minogoue
Boot Camp - further selection process
The Judges Houses - further selection process
The Live Shows - this is where the public then get the chance to vote the least favorite contestant off the show.

X Factor has a few different adverts between parts of their show however although the products are extremely different their target audiences are always near enough the same being Older members of families, Older single people 20 years old +.
Talk Talk - Talk Talk is a well known communication and media provider here in the U.K the target audience for talk talk are extremely broad from children to around 50 years old.
Vagisil - Vagisil is a treatment for women with thrush the target audience would be: Women, Not Kids, 20 years old +
McDonalds - McDonalds is a world wide fast food franchise their target audience will be: Busy People, Drivers, Kids
O2 - 02 is a well known communication and media provider world wide and is linked to people who enjoy music. Foo Fighter fans 20+
Family Guy Box Set - Family Guy is a animated series on the TV channel BBC3 the target audience for this show would be: Parents, Older People, Christmas Gift For Teenagers.
Whiskas Cat Food - Whiskas is a well known and leading cat food brand here in the uk and world wide the target audience would be: Older cat owners, Single people.
